Our company is set up to support both the technicians as well as the end users in ensuring that their computer issues are resolved in both a timely manner and within budget. If at any time one of our technicians are at a location and needs assistance, we are standing by to help.
Many of our multiple business locations also have their own helpdesk standing by for any custom or proprietary settings or configurations.
