Nationwide ACS is able to provide you with data recovery options if your system has crashed and you do not have a backup setup on your system. Depending on what has happened with your system will depend on the outcome and cost of the recovery. There are several options that we provide listed below:

Remote Data Recovery Service

This is data recovery performed remotely over a secure high-speed internet connection. This option is a fast, reliable and cost effective solution providing your hardware is in working condition.  This service is provided to all 50 states and can be performed within 24 hours of the call being placed into Nationwide ACS

Onsite Data Recovery Service

This is data recovery performed onsite at your location and is typically done within 24 hours of the call being placed into Nationwide ACS. If further work is needed off site to complete the work, you will be provided a purchase order number and a phone number to contact if you would like an update.

Clean Room Data Recovery Service

Nationwide ACS has partnered with the Leading Data Recovery Agency to help with any recovery where your hard drive has completely failed and it is necessary to send the hard drive to a Clean Room to recover the data. If you do have to send a hard drive in and they are unable to get any data off of the hard drive, it is free of charge. Nationwide ACS, Inc. will provide you with 24 hour tracking on your data recovery process.
